Terms of Service

RankUK is a paid leaderboard for UK startups and SaaS products. By submitting a listing or making a payment you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Listings are ranked by current bid amount, highest first. The top bid can change at any time. A listing drops down the board when another listing outbids it. Placement is purely pay-to-rank; no editorial judgment, SEO score, or recommendation is implied.

2. Payments

All bids are one-time payments processed by Stripe in GBP. The minimum new bid is £5 and the minimum increment to outbid an existing listing is £1. Payments are non-refundable except where required by UK law.

3. Acceptable listings

Listings must be genuine UK-facing startups, SaaS products, or related services. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that are illegal, deceptive, abusive, pornographic, gambling-related, pharmaceutical, or otherwise harmful to the board.

4. Refunds and disputes

If a listing is rejected by an admin, the bidder will receive a refund or not be charged. Technical outages do not entitle a bidder to a refund unless the service was unavailable for an extended period due to our fault.

5. Liability

RankUK is not responsible for clicks, conversions, or business outcomes from appearing on the leaderboard. We provide visibility only.

6. Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after a change means acceptance. Major changes will be posted on the site.
